Former Scientific American columnist Martin Gardner has died, aged 95.

One of the most gifted scientific communicators the world has ever known, Gardner’s wonderful body of work is worth exploring. I can highly recommend his wonderful book Weird Water and Fuzzy Logic, which was the first place I ever read about the fascinating Three Doors Paradox and The Amazing Ramanujan.

You will be missed, fella. R.I.P.
